What and how do you find comfort?
Majority of us are affected of the Pandemic COVID-19. Stayed in our homes to comply with the Government ways and means to control the spread of the virus. Majority did not hesitate I guess. We are able to spend quality time with our loved ones, tried new hobbies, cook foods that are extra special, with the help of Youtube :), Binge watched Netflix Series and many more.
On top of everything mentioned above, I have lots of realizations towards how unpredictable life is, been able to assess as well how some employers thinks welfare of their people.
When the ECQ was implemented, personnel are advised that there will be no work thus no pay. For the first 2 weeks, seems that they are still fine with it but the longer that no income is coming in, they are getting worried how to survive long term. Hoping that at least their Employer would extend help but as they say, business is business. I have observed a psychological play that controls people disappointments. Eventually offered to come at work after three weeks despite of the risk, mentioning that there would be no hazard pay at all BUT would be given a compensation pay based on performance. Amidst of the crisis, big Companies still think of how they can still gain from their businesses. If you are poor and left no choice, you will definitely come to work for sustenance, emotionally triggered and demotivated as you come to realize how the Company devalue people. Unlucky you are if you are in this kind of working environment. You are solely responsible for yourself and seek compassion none other than God. As God will provide.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
